CLASSIC LASH TRAINING
For beginners to the lash industry, this is the course for you!
Our comprehensive foundation curriculum covers all aspects of the Classic Lash application process and treatment protocol. Using the Classic technique, a single extension is applied to each individual natural eyelash. Consultation procedures, lash mapping, lash selection and styling, accurate lash isolation, adhesive usage and control, accurate placement of extensions and client aftercare are just some of the fundamentals that will be covered in this comprehensive course.
Our Classic curriculum is broken down into a combination of online as well as practical hands-on learning to guide students through their training journey to becoming a pro lash artist. No previous qualifications are required to enrol, but having attention to detail, patience and a steady hand will be to your advantage if you want to excel!
ONLINE PRESTUDY
Once enrolled, you will receive access to your online student portal where you will be required to familiarise yourself with the course theory and training video tutorials. Your access to the online course content will not expire so you are welcome to refer back to it as many times as you need pre and post training.
PRACTICAL TRAINING
All theory & video content will be recapped on during this full day class. You will then dive into the practical side of training whilst applying lashes on a mannequin head and a live model, all under supervision and guidance of your Educator.
THEORY ASSESSMENT
Post training, you will be required to submit a theory assessment via your online student portal. This is an open book assessment so you can refer to your Classic training manual where necessary. Your Educator will mark the assessment and provide you with feedback.
CASE STUDIES
Practise makes perfect! You will be required to practise and perfect your Classic technique on 5 models of your choice. Refresher sessions can be arranged if you would like further guidance from your Educator whilst completing your case studies. All submissions must be made within 3 months.
FINAL ASSESSMENT
Once all your submissions have been made, you will attend your final assessment with your Educator. You must be able to complete a full Classic application with confidence, using the techniques as demonstrated in training. Once your Educator is confidant with the standard of work demonstrated, your certificate will be awarded.

The recommended retail price for a full set of Classic Lashes ranges between R400 – R900. The average cost per treatment for a full set of Classic Lashes is R65. Your ideal price will need to be determined with your location, salon set up and level of experience in mind.
