Our comprehensive foundation curriculum covers all aspects of the Classic Lash application process and treatment protocol. Using the Classic technique, a single extension is applied to each individual natural eyelash. Having attention to detail, patience and a steady hand will be to your advantage if you want to excel!
The Classic course is broken down into:
- Online prestudy of theory and training videos
- 1 practical training day with your Educator
- 5 -10 Model Case Studies to practice and perfect your technique
- 1 open book theory assessment
- 1 practical final assessment day with your Educator
- Free refreshers sessions with your Educator for 1 year
Your certificate will be awarded once your case studies, theory assessment and practical final assessment are complete. It is therefore up to you how quickly you qualify, depending on how quickly you practise and progress through each phase. Your Educator will guide you along the process at a pace that suits you, ensuring you reach your full potential as a lash artist.
Students will be supplied with all the tools and products to work with during their practical training day, with the option of purchasing a starter kit to take home.
Classic Master kit – R4900
Contains all the tools and equipment required, with enough product for 40 full sets of lashes.
Classic Basic kit – R2600
Contains all the essential tools to get you started, with enough product for 20 full sets of lashes.
Classic Tool kit – R700
Contains only tools, no products. If you already have products in stock in your salon this is an ideal option.

No previous beauty qualifications are required to attend this class, beginners are welcome.
Once all your submissions have been made, you will attend your final assessment with your Educator. Your assessment is an opportunity to ask additional questions, and for your Educator to ensure you have grasped the application technique correctly.
You must be able to demonstrate a neat and thorough application, applying a full set to a model of your choice in a maximum of 2 hours. All extensions should be neatly and individually applied, with nothing stuck together.

The training and accreditation fee is R3500. This includes your certification as well as any refresher sessions you need with your Educator which are free of charge for 1 year post training. The starter kits are charged separately as there are a few different options to choose from depending on your budget.
The certification is Internationally accredited with Lash Inc. which is based in the UK so you will be able to use your qualification abroad. Your certificate will be issued once all criteria have been completed.
