We're Hiring: Operations & Client Engagement Coordinator
📍 Location: Northgate Business Park, Cape Town
⏰ Position: Full-time

Stella Academy is growing, and we're on the lookout for an organised, people-loving powerhouse to join our team as an
Operations & Client Engagement Coordinator.

This is a multi-faceted role that blends admin, logistics, and warm client liaison. You’ll coordinate national training sessions,
manage bookings and invoices, handle kit stock and logistics, and keep our Cape Town training space running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do:

· Coordinate training bookings across South Africa

· Respond to client enquiries and guide them through the sign-up process

· Manage invoices and payments using QuickBooks

· Track stock levels, place orders, and dispatch training kits

· Keep the office stocked, tidy, and training-ready

What You’ll Need:

· 2–3 years’ experience in an admin, coordination, or client-facing role

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Confident written and verbal communication

· Experience using QuickBooks, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems (or ability to learn quickly)
